1. Who we are

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts are served from our own domain.

3. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR). This data is kept only briefly.

4. Storage in your browser

The practice calls save your best score in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Waitlist

If you join the AI coach waitlist, we store your email address, the optional answer about what you'd use it for, and the date. We use this only to email you about the launch. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us, and we'll delete your details. We delete the waitlist within 12 months of launch at the latest. The data is stored in a Cloudflare database.

6. Affiliate links

When you click a link to a course provider or Amazon, you leave this site and the provider's privacy policy applies. We don't receive any personal data about you from them, only an anonymous report of sales.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your country.
